Notes-Today we went to a game in Omaha, Nebraska. Former Cougars Luis Ugueto and Jaime Jones play for the Royals. Ugueto played short stop. He had a double and a walk in four times to the plate.
I forgot to say that yesterday in des Moines, they have great foot long hot dogs. The one thing that struck me about Omaha was how generic there stadium looks. Everything looks the same, and how bad the scoreboard is, its worst than Beloit's. The one thing good is the aroma of the food walking down below the stands. The dogs were just ok, nothing really special. I cant wait to go to Beloit on Wednesday, and have a brat. That is going to be the food highligh of the trip. In Omaha the singing souviener vendor was a nice touch though.
