Johnny Petrakis Field
Joined the Mississippi-Ohio Valley League as an expansion team in 1954. They would leave the Midwest League in 1969, and would not be immediatly replaced. In 1970 the Danville team would pick up the franchise. From August 7th, 1962 through the end of the season Dubuque hosted the former Keokuk team, which was known as the Midwest Dodgers while in Dubuque. This franchise moved to Wisconsin Rapids in 1963, and is the current Fort Wayne franchise
Before the 1974 season the Quincy franchise moved to Dubuque. This team expired after the 1976 seaosn and was not replaced.
